I lived there for 16 years and only left due to medical issues. I had the first townhouse as you enter and it was great! I only had neighbors on one side!! The place was so nice and quiet, depending on who lived next door. Many came and went, smokers, yellers, gamers, door slammers and anything else you can expect with renters that do not care about their next door neighbors. All in all, I was very happy there, though. I miss the hill that was behind my apartment. It was perfect for sitting... outside on a nice summer's day. I am happy to see that there have been many updates in the places, too!

Excellent Location! Hidden Gem!
This is a great price for the location. Lots of private space and trails to walk. Friendly Neighbors and staff. Beautiful location! Price is a steal for area! I have no negatives. Snow is always removed before I go to work and grass is always kept neat.
