I lived here for 2 years during my graduate program and it was amazing. Had all the amenities needed for the best price! I was sad to leave when I finished school. It was clean and the manager/owner was wonderful to work with. Also their contractor was amazing, even helped me when I locked myself out. Great place to live with great management!!!

I just moved into Carriage Hills this past spring and I already love living here. The manager, Anna, is very pleasant to deal with. She had just started as their manager a month before I rented and goes out of her way to help me in any way. I am a older retired woman that feels safe and secure living here. I really like having management living on site. I can go to Anna for anything at anytime which I didn’t have with my previous apartments near Cleveland. I moved back to Alliance to be closer... to family and was surprised at the rent for such a lovely apartment compared to the rents of similar apartments in the area.
