Monthly income must be at least three times the rent.
No evictions within the past five years.
A minimum of six months of employment history, or a letter from the employer stating the hourly wage and estimated... weekly hours.
Minimum credit score of 500.
Applicants must pass a criminal background check, with no felony convictions or sex offender status.

Pet Policy:
Service animals and emotional support animals are welcome with appropriate documentation, at no additional charge.
