I have to post anonymously due to being a tenant here. They have it stated in their lease that you can’t give bad reviews for anything here. This place is a complete joke. It’s infested with roaches. They place blame on all the tenants and will evict anyone who files any complaint with the Public Health Department. They have Terminix come out but they only treat the kitchen and downstairs bathroom. The model unit they show you is nothing like what you get. Our unit was full of patched holes... that would bust open easily so we couldn’t hang anything up including curtains. The master bedroom and bathroom floor is bowed because it had a bad leak. The living room ceiling is about to fall in. The fridge leaks and it was on our move in sheet that it had to be replaced. Hasn’t yet and we have been here years. Maintenance is useless. They will even tell you they can’t do something and wait days to weeks to get back to you. They will tow your cars without notice. Neighbors won’t watch their kids and police are here constantly. They will try to charge you $25 for any blind that needs replaced. They care more about the outside than inside. They will dispose of your property without notice and claim it is because of corporate. The management changed in July and the new person is rude and judgmental. She evicts anyone who reports her to public health for roaches or anything else. She will give you lease infractions over stupid crap. She’s hardly even in except to get rent. The dumpster is always overflowing. It’s disgusting. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Nice Start
I read other reviews and was shocked at the low stars we have lived here awhile now and haven't had a problem our fridge was leaking the fixed same day, or dishwasher wasn't closing they fixed same day as well same with our heat as well. I hear they are under new management now and that's why. there are alot of kids but they arnt out to much most between 4-9pm even on weekends there is a huge mass of them. Our home came with redone carpets and it looked very nice. I think if they were once bad... they are getting alot better now. I haven't seen any drug problems, no one with a record is allowed to live here as well, so that's nice.

There is kids out at ALL hours of the night and lots of drug usage in parking lot and deals made! You couldn't pay me to live there!

Run away! FAR AWAY
Where do I begin? We moved in October 2016, thought we had found our new fresh start after a long struggle. Little did we know that this would be a hassle and miserable for my whole family. We moved in with my dishwasher being broken. it took them from October until after January 1st to replace my dishwasher. Me and my son have asthma, they wouldn't touch the AC until it was consistently warm for 4 days. That happened and they sent an AC guy out. Even he was upset at how they upkeep their units,... they were dirty! Once he was able to get my unit up to par, it was still messing up... My husband and the crew there decided that I needed a new thermostat.... It took them almost 8 months to replace a thermostat. Then my carpet starts peeling back from the strip... after waiting a month, they sent out the carpet guy. He put in a patch and was told that the carpet would have to be replaced. At move out they are charging me to clean a carpet that needs replaced!!! Any work order that I have ever had to put in has taken them weeks to answer to. The staff is very unprofessional. Once we moved out we were still in charge of our unit for a week. Without any notice they entered my unit twice!!! That is illegal. They only follow the rules that save their butts. My kids were not allowed to play outside unless at the park because the neighbors complained about everything. NO ONE cleans up after their pets NOR do they leash them. My dog was almost attacked multiple times. I tell anyone and everyone to stay away! Far Far Away!!! They don't truly care for their tenants, they only care to cover their butts. I hope that you found this as useful as possible. Don't rent here!!!

Micro-Management At It's Finest
Nothing is ever fixed, unless it has to do with appearances of the overall property. In fact, you are instructed to fix the issues yourself. Management treats it's tenants like children, not allowing any furniture or flowers to be on your front porch. Window blinds must be closed and down at all times... yes, you read that right. Not recommended at all.
