PHENOMENAL apartment!!

Very nice and new apartments!! I love the setting and clubhouse.  My electric and water bills are reasonable.  I am not having any issues at all! I would recommend these apartments to anyone in area! Very friendly management team as well, they take care of you!

Very high electric bills

Electric bills at this apartment are very very high 375, my neighbor showed me her electric bills first month was 430, 475 dollars.Imagine, it is a new apartment and the bills are very high why if it was an old apartment. Please don’t move here. Most residents are regretting why they moved here. Currently, I’m planning to break my lease. Don’t move here. Don’t move if you do you will definitely regret.

Property Manager at Ecco Park responded to this review

We hear your concern. Our electricity provider bills electricity usage at AEP Ohio’s variable rate. Last summer, AEP Ohio announced supply rate increases, which is affecting not only our residents, but many others across the region.

We also know...
individual electricity use habits play a role in higher bills. We recently conducted an audit of all individual electricity bills and a vast majority of our residents have bills within a reasonable range. For the few who experienced higher electricity bills, we provided some electricity usage tips, which, if followed, will help to decrease future bills.

poor Management and very high electric bill

I wish I can give them zero star. If you planning to move here, please find somewhere else because if refused to listen to my advice, you will definitely regret as I am right now. I moved here a months ago and I got my first electric bill very high 375 dollars and second one is even more dishearten. Imagine it is a new apartment and the electric is that high why if it was old an apartment. I am regretting why I have to move here. They are robbing us with high electric bill. Moving in here just... know you will work all the overtimes and till be broke because of the high electric bill. Please be warned not to move here, but if you want to move to try your luck, you have to fasten your belt for you bills and rent.

We understand the recent rise in utility bills can be frustrating. There are two main factors at play:

· Our electricity provider bills our community based on AEP Ohio's variable rate. Unfortunately, AEP Ohio announced supply cost increases last...
Spring, which are currently impacting the entire region.

· While the overall rate increase impacts everyone, individual habits can also greatly influence your bill. We recently conducted an audit of utility bills and we know most residents are within a reasonable range. For those with higher bills, we've provided some helpful electricity usage tips to lower energy usage.

You can find more information on AEP Ohio's rates, including reasons for the increase, here: www.aepohio.com/company/about/rates/rising-fuel-costs/

You will go broke. Run

Over a month ago we moved to this new apartment complex and they use this company called nationwide Energy Partners for utilities. Our very first bill is $450 for electricity. We have never had a utility bill this high. We moved from a very large house and our highest bill was $150. It's not a very big apartment and having this bill is just insane. Run from Ecco Park.....

Property Manager at Ecco Park responded to this review

We know higher bills can be a burden, so we wanted to explain the main factors:

· Nationwide Electricity Partners bills at AEP Ohio's variable rates, which unfortunately increased 28% due to regional supply cost hikes from June 2023 to June 2024....
This impacts everyone in our region.

· While these increases affect everyone, individual usage can also play a role. There were a few residents who experienced higher than normal bills because of their usage habits with thermostats set at or above 75 degrees during winter months. We compiled and sent some helpful electricity-saving tips that will make a difference on their next bill.
