Move in
I moved in and the process was so smooth and well organized. I got a unit that was freshly renovated and everything looked and worked amazing!! Jessica responds promptly to any of my questions and very welcoming. The property itself is always landscaped and the dog park is so nice to have for my pet! More than happy with my first apartment experience.

Great Place
The complex is well maintained, the scenery is beautiful and it is a prime location. You definitely get what you pay for, the townhouse is beautiful and worth every penny. The property manager is so helpful and easy to communicate with. We love our new place and are looking forward to living here!

Chardon Place
Chardon Place Apartments is a great choice for anyone looking for an apartment in the area. I recently moved here in July and am so glad to say that I have had nothing short of great experiences with the apartment itself, staff, and surrounding area. The property manager, Jessica, is very welcoming and she always answers her emails quickly and gets her job done better than anyone else I have seen. She ensures I get the resources I need at my request and never makes me feel like a burden when I... ask. Furthermore, I made a maintenance request that was answered within an hour and had someone come out as soon as they were available the next day or so. Everyone I have spoken to here is very kind and professional and I am glad to call CP my home.

Extremely convenient and nice but expensive
There are many stores and restaurants and gyms within a 5-10 minute drive. All of the appliances in the apartment are new. Brand new flooring and painted walls. Parking is not a problem at all. You have your own washer dryer in your apartment. The only draw back is the price.
