Very disorganized and pricing will be different depending on how property manager feels no matter what you've been told by other employees. Good enough price while cheap and staff is friendly but a lot of red flags from property manager, would not plan for multi-year leasing.

Whoever they have to turn over apartments needs to be fired, food was left in cabinets, among other things that needed to be fixed. Ceiling caved in and nobody has came to see about it and it’s been almost 2 weeks. I keep calling and nobody is answering.
