I’m currently living at their Centennial woods location and have a had nothing but positive experiences so far. Most days you can find the property management, TJ or Davis, walking the property and making sure everything is being kept up. They are always quick to respond to any issues or concerns, never acting inconvenienced, even if the issue takes place outside of business hours. I’ve been very happy with my stay! They have multiple properties so if you’re looking for a home you can trust Vier... Management to take care of you. Aside from the good management, the location is also close to anything you may need, from grocery stores, to restaurants, to BMVs. It’s also only a mile or two from I-71 which is very convenient!
