I rent an apartment on the ground floor and we rarely have any noise issues, and we haven't had to submit any maintenance requests for bugs/appliances/etc (we had one issue with noise that management handled fairly quickly). The second room or "den" fits 2 office spaces fairly well. The appliances aren't the newest in my unit but all work really well and we have a lot of storage space. LOTS of parking always available. Washer and dryer are easily accessible but they aren't the biggest/don't... work the greatest, but it's a shared deal so it's not the worst. Can't hear neighbors conversations/TVs on an average day and the grounds are all well-kept. Overall really great price for what we get

Not worth the money
Cars are regularly broken into at the property and management is dismissive of any concerns or maintenance requests. I don't recommend moving here if you have kids, as neighbors and the management will complain if they are playing or making any noise above breathing. Appliances are old and outdated, and many longtime tenants left over the summer after getting tired of being overcharged for water/sewage through their third party water submeter. Moving was the best decision

Not worth the money
The parking lot has more potholes than 75 south the hallway carpet is filthy dirty the appliances are original from when the building was built laundry room is outdated leasing agent is super rude rent goes up every year you pay all utilities including water and don’t have washer dryer hook up the owner of the property always keep the premises nice for each season and holiday has a small pool that is never clean

Deposit Issues
Rented out the Club House on Location On December 9th. Gave A deposit check and also a check for renting the space. Deposit check was supposed to be return to me the following business day after the rental if no damage occur however they cashed the check on the 8th a day before the rental. called about the issue then they mad up a issue saying it was food on the floor however never produce pictures to back up their claim. I cleaned up and took out all the trash. Still can't explain why the... deposit check was cashed early.

Cincinnati Lees Crossing Apt.
I LOVE this complex. My apartment is spacious and beautiful. I got a ground floor with a small woods just feet from my patio. It is quiet and the maintenance people are so FAST. Everyone is so friendly. Not fond of the water bill set up but it is so worth it. Clean, quiet and reasonable. My family and friends even like to come visit because it is so roomy and comfortable. The pool, the gym, the basketball court and the racketball are favorites for my visiting grandkids. It is so close... to so much. From restaurants to the library - even Kroger is RIGHT THERE. The Northgate mall and cinema are just minutes away. Best apartment I have EVER had.
