Place looks NOTHING like photos

2 pools?? Nope. Haven't been open in 2 yrs. Dead shrubs, ugly rocks poured all over instead of mulch Trash all over . Filthy hallways, unpainted dented doors

It's a place to live

Don't be fooled by the pictures, there are two pools and neither have worked the two years I've lived here. Yes, there is new management but they seemed to be more focused on their property insurance going down by tearing out a bunch of trees and bushes in front of the buildings and putting on new roofs (from which I got a nail in my tire) instead of getting the facilities open that most of us moved here for. Also all the photos show plenty of ceiling fans, my apartment does not have any. When... people move out they just slap a coat of flat paint over everything...including the bathtub and fixtures, it looks terrible and bubbles on the tile and my bedroom door doesn't lock because of paint in it. All the garages are used by maintenance to store appliances and there are random people coming and going all the time getting things out of them. If I knew I could just go grab a washer & dryer out of the garage, I could've saved $1000, but I'm assuming that's not on the up and up. For the price, you can find better.

TERRIBLE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Filthy entrance ways, over run trash, cramped parking. Bathroom not up to dated since the 80s. Peeling paint in tub and bathroom walls. Rooms too small for a Queen bed dresser and nite stand. Totally disappointed not renewing the lease visit before paying that $250 application fee. Health Dept should visit its abhorrent.

TERRIBLE

I've lived here for less than 5 months and already wanting to move. There is bugs all over my apartment and now I've been seeing mice in my BEDROOM. I have contacted the office almost every month to get sprayed for the bugs and it has only actually happened one time.

My shower was broken for over a week before I was able to use it again

The office people do not even pretend like they care about the residents, they strictly only care about their paycheck.

order.

Never move here!!!!

Do not move here I have been a resident since June 2022 and nothing has ever worked in this apartment. When I moved in nothing was clean or working at all, multiple maintenance request have been put in but nothing gets fixed, the tickets just disappear and worked on. My AC has only worked for about 2 weeks collectively since I moved in and my apartment is above 80 degrees any time weather is warm. There is mold in the bathroom since the apartment above has been leaking into ours and it still... has not been repaired for months now. Please learn from me and never move here. Also even when you call management never answers the calls or get return calls..... if I could give no stars I would this is unbelievable what I have been put through here.
