Property managers are clueless and useless. The apartments are falling apart literally. My ceiling has a big as hole that’s been there for months now and they rather waste time doing inspections on patios and balconies making sure no one has a grill lol complete idiots. Inside the units are dated, tubs haven’t been glazed nor have the carpets been cleaned. Cabinets and drawers are hanging off. My front door has gaps so water get inside when it rains. And to top it off it’s only 2 maintenance men... and they have to work at other properties as well so if anything needs replaced or fixed better off doing it yourself. 2023 and my unit looks like 97’ and the rent keeps increasing. Save your money, save the headache
