I wish that I could give this place 0 stars. It is full of roaches, rats, and bed bugs. I moved here June 2020 and moved out as soon as my lease was up. There are homeless people that sleep in the hallways and in the basements on the washers and dryers. The complex is full of trash and needles. I had to put shoes on my dog just to take him to the bathroom! The management is so disrespectful it is disgusting. There were always police and ambulances in the complex responding to the drive by... shootings or fighting that happened on a daily basis. You can kiss a good nights sleep goodbye because there are always people screaming and yelling in the hallways, the walls are so thin. Make sure you don't forget to lock up your car because they will break into it. My car was broken into twice and they even stole our license plates. There are cameras in the office, but I was refused to see them. I contacted the City of Cincinnati Health Dept. and they did nothing either. It doesn't matter how clean you are, the roaches are EVERYWHERE! I took nothing with me to my new place, and still ended up bringing them with me. There is absolutely NO hope for living here. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND LET THE COMPLEX GO BANKRUPT.

Bug problem. Doesn't matter if your apartment is bleached clean daily or weekly. Building is infested. I lived here for a good 8 months to a year before I began to see bugs. Finding somewhere to move has not been easy. If you're desperate, apply but if you can find better, go elsewhere.

Ive been living here for 3 years and LOVE it. My apartment is really nice. Ive heard people complain about roaches but i dont have any. i believe if you keep your house clean you will not have any issues. I have recommended 2 coworkers to move here as well and they dont have any issues. Nice place to stay!

Well my girlfriend & I lived here for two years almost, she recently lived in the Bridgetown area & I lived in Delhi, we both were very optimistic and very nervous due to the area, especially since coming from the suburbs to the Cincinnati public area, but I am being honest when I tell you all this, when I moved here, I thought that we would have issues due to having a biracial family, since living here we haven't had any issues with anyone, they have started changing most of of everything here,... they have hired many new workers here, they have done plenty of lawning working on the buildings also hired a new supervisor and she's very pretty and nice, she comes to visit us and talks to us about the new changes they are planning on making in our complex, they have started working on our roofs, also they have been cleaning inside and around the entire building everyday, so when I wake up for work my hallway smells fresh and is cleaned everyday since three months ago, I would like to say that I recommend that if you are starting up looking for somewhere to live and at a very reasonable price , this would be the place for you, they have One to Three bedrooms available also the living rooms are very big with at least eight foot high ceilings, carpet floors very spacious kitchens and dining areas with very big bedroom and master bedrooms are very big.
