Honestly, my room is gorgeous and so is the apartment, but I really haven’t been satisfied. It’s been problem after problem and we still have zero amenities or an elevator over two months in. Not to mention the parking situation for visitors is really not great. I know this place is new which I understand, but I don’t think it’s fair to charge a price when we’re not getting what was advertised almost halfway into the academic year.

Amazing place to live, currently still under construction but the amenities offered are great, private parking, only thing is it’s down hill and there’s no way around it. Community is amazing and all of the workers are super nice

a lot of the actual building part was rushed and you can definitely tell. in addition, we don’t have the amenities that we were supposed to have since they aren’t even complete yet (e.g. clubhouse, guest parking). Specifically, we don’t have guest parking. What are we supposed to do for guests?

We have no amenities our neighbors above us are ridiculously loud. The staff is nice and I understand there trying to be fair and make it fun but it’ll be the same comments and reviews until it gets fixed. I also was placed in the wrong room for almost 2 months because no one would listen to my grandma when she called about the matter

Very accommodating for moving in process. Can sometimes hear the neighbors moving around other than that no issues. The highway is sometimes a little loud and it is far from campus, but I think the pros outweigh the cons. I think it’s very affordable and clean.
