The maintenance team and contractors have continued to be unreliable and not show up when they tell me they will to make major repairs. Management states they will communicate with me about the timeline on the repair and fail to do so, my major repair still hasn't been completed since I moved in 2 1/2 months ago.

Living at the Vanguard is very nice. The maintenance requests get done fast and is not rushed work. Overall, this is a great place, I just wish the clubhouse was already built.
