Living at the Vanguard during my first semester has been an incredible experience. From day one, the community and environment have made me feel welcomed and supported, making the transition to college life seamless and enjoyable.
The facilities at Vanguard are top-notch, with spacious rooms, modern amenities, and study areas that are perfect for focusing on my academics. The building is well-maintained, and there’s a real sense of comfort and security here, which has made it easy to relax... after a busy day of classes.
One of the highlights of living here has been the sense of community. I've had the chance to meet people from all walks of life, and everyone is friendly and eager to connect. The common areas and social events organized by the building staff have been great for meeting new friends and building a network of people to support me through the semester.

The staff is so lovely and so helpful!
I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I moved in, the experience has been exceptional. The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and well-maintained, with high-quality finishes and plenty of natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped with updated appliances, and the bathroom feels like a spa with its sleek design and ample storage.
I truly enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and the sense of community here. It’s a perfect blend of comfort,... convenience, and luxury. I highly recommend The Vanguard to anyone looking for a place to call home.

Honestly, my room is gorgeous and so is the apartment, but I really haven’t been satisfied. It’s been problem after problem and we still have zero amenities or an elevator over two months in. Not to mention the parking situation for visitors is really not great. I know this place is new which I understand, but I don’t think it’s fair to charge a price when we’re not getting what was advertised almost halfway into the academic year.

Amazing place to live, currently still under construction but the amenities offered are great, private parking, only thing is it’s down hill and there’s no way around it. Community is amazing and all of the workers are super nice
