my apartment flooded here also, and it was a nightmare, i will say they were very responsive in calling the company to clean my apartment and suck up the water and disinfect. but, it should not have happened. and when i asked if it happened before no straight answer was given. and whenever it rains the toilet will bubble and water will splash up. plus the furnace room smells, so i constantly have to burn insence/candles nice size apartment, great area, great price. but parking sucks...... neighbors have guests over they park crazy to the point ive had to go knock on doors because i couldnt pull out of my garage. over all id give 3 stars.. decent place, some hiccups. but okay place

A Nightmare
Probably the worse company and apartments in Cleveland, The apartment was flooded all the time, forget about maintenance and they only care about your rent. It was a nightmare for me deal with this scams.

The apartment being referenced did have a problem with flooding. We were responsive to the Tenant's calls with regard to trying to resolve the issue. We ultimately called on an outside specialty company to actually excavate and discovered that... there were some broken pipes below ground. The issue was then resolved, but apparently the Tenant was still very unhappy about the situation, which is understandable. We absolutely don't scam anyone and we always do our best to address all maintenance issues as they occur.
