Owner & Manager is very unprofessional. Maintenance staff is not what it use to be. It's been snowing and the walkways no longer get cleared on weekends and plowing is terrible. Rent at your own risk.

Wonderful Apartment Close To Everything
Brookline Apartments are located in the back of an dead end street directly on Mayfield Road which allows residents to have peace and quiet without unnecessary traffic coming down the street. There are around 8 buildings in total with only 8 apartments in each individual complex,4 apartments on the second floor and 4 on the ground floor allowing for lots of living space and the chance to actually know who lives in your building. This apartment is up the street from Walmart, Whole Foods Cedar... Market, 10 minutes from Coventry, close to Beachwood Mall and Legacy Village whether driving or using public transportation. The neighborhood is very safe plus the Cleveland Heights police station is one street over. Brookline Apartments are located on the same street as KFC, next door to Wendy's, and across the street from Ralleys whenever you have a taste for fast-food. This apartment complex has residents who are working college students, families, retirees, couples, and people from all backgrounds. Pets are not allowed. Each building has its own laundry room located downstairs. The one bedroom apartments are located on the 1st floor and the 2 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor with a glass window in the hallway to easily see your car parked outside.Parking is located right in front of your building and each apartment is also offered an garage which comes in handy during Winter, not to mention ****maintenance workers live on-site which is convenient. The buildings are mopped and vacuumed at least 2 times a week per building and the property is constantly being updated for the best, allowing you to see where your money is going. This apartment is everything you could want and more plus minutes from Downtown Cleveland.
