Owner & Manager is very unprofessional. Maintenance staff is not what it use to be. It's been snowing and the walkways no longer get cleared on weekends and plowing is terrible. Rent at your own risk.

The one bedroom apartments are located on the 1st floor and the 2 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor with a glass window in the hallway to easily see your car parked outside.Parking is located right in front of your building and each apartment is also offered an garage which comes in handy during Winter, not to mention ****maintenance workers live on-site which is convenient. The buildings are mopped and vacuumed at least 2 times a week per building and the property is constantly being updated for the best, allowing you to see where your money is going.
