AWFUL ROACH INFESTED DO NOT LEASE THESE APARTMENTS
I recently moved into these apartments (9/1/2023) and on 9/4/2023 left a detailed message with the leasing agent concerning seeing roaches, verbally (over the phone) he was apologetic and understood my desire to break my lease and move, the same day he text me and said there had been no prior complaints, they wouldn't break the lease. That same evening as I was entering the apartment a long time tenant told me she also has roaches and always has and even went as far as to pull out roach spray... from the grocery bags she was carrying in. Whenever I complain I am always told, "pest control will be there Friday OR pest control was just there" no hard working person should have to pay rent to live with bugs. I am prohibited from moving anyone in, or adding another pet to my lease without their knowing but they want to force tenants to live in roach motels and still collect rent. The property manager and leasing agent are OF NO HELP! REM Commercial is TERRIBLE. Save yourself some trouble, find somewhere decent and bug free to live!
