An honest review

Just leaving an honest review to keep things real - I’ve lived here for just about a year and while there have been some isolated incidents involving car window breakings (hello you live in the city???), management was responsive in getting security instated, and are receptive to feedback from residents that report such things. I have friends that live in other neighborhoods and it’s way worse in Ohio city or downtown. I have a dog and feel very comfortable walking around any time of day, it’s... one of the reasons I chose this area to live. All of the amenities are top tier and are well kept, and the apartments themselves are lovely, spacious, and reasonably priced for the quality.

Entitlement leads people to embark on cancel culture tantrum tirades - form your own opinions on this awesome spot in Cleveland :)

No Security

My car has been broken into multiple times. This week alone, 6+ cars have been vandalized multiple nights in a row. Meaning, the people committing these crimes are not afraid to come back. We are paying for a "Security" guard but he does absolutely nothing. Last night the people smashing in car windows parked 20 ft away from the Security car and managed to vandalize 6 cars before the police came. The security guard did nothing.
A woman was robbed at gun point.
Someone broke into the...
building and vandalized an apartment inside on the first floor of building A.
Multiple cars have been stolen.
Cars are not safe inside the garage as well, multiple cars are broken into and stolen with garage parking.
Maintenance requests are just closed out without actually resolving the issue.
They use Nationwide Energy which is known for being over priced, so plan to pay over $200 a month for your Electric bill and sometimes near $300 in the winter.

It's important to note that car break-ins are unfortunately happening in various areas of Cleveland, not just around our community. However, we continue to monitor the situation and work to enhance measures where possible. Regarding utilities, please be aware that billing is based on usage. too much crime, what a shame

so much crime on this property and nothing is done. The property itself is nice but your car will be broken into if not stolen, happens at least twice a week here with smashed windows at minimum. This occurs even inside the parking garage, also no cameras inside parking garage. Safe lite van is always here fixing windows. Cleveland crime scene van has even been here.

Local criminals will sit in this parking inside stolen vehicles waiting to pray on you day or night. Management does nothing...
to prevent this. Management keeps residents in the dark about the crime and potential safety concerns on the property. Cleveland Police take 5 hours to respond if you call 911 and are a victim of theft and or vandalism. My roommate and I are two grown men and we don't feel safe at night.

There is no security here, do not be mislead.

Do your research contact public records search at Cleveland police 2nd district for the property if you need anymore factual information on what really goes on and make your decision from there.

Stay safe, be smart.
