Great Apartment

I lived there for 17 years and everyone is so friendly and 24 hours a day what ever you need they will always help. It's close enough to Lakewood and it's kinda of like it, but no police ready to get you. lol
Don't get me wrong if you think there isn't a police presents there is most of the Cleveland Police and Fire like all around you, So don't even think of trying. Sure you don't have a garage and the maintance men might plow you in if your nasty to them lol, but atleast you don't have to do...
it. You have across the street the westside temple and a catholic church. Yes some places you might need a car to get too or walk threw the back and the RTA is on the next street or walk. You really don't need much in that area unless your a snob and if you are don't move here.

Plywood floors and 7 foot ceilings

The carpet is on top of plywood sheets. You can tell exactly where the neighbor above is at all times. Zero privacy.

Stuart House

When I first moved here years ago it was nice. However it's gone downhill in the past couple years.

Stuart House Apartments-You get what you pay for

I moved here about 4 years and 2 months ago. The thing that most attracted me was the affordable price and the absence of a security deposit requirement. Because it is so affordable it seems that it attracts people whose income tend to be lower middle and below (as mine was when I moved here). I would recommend that you avoid moving here if any of the following apply:
1. You prefer a relatively quiet environment
2. If you prefer to not be around lots of children who are often not supervised...
while moving about the grounds and driveways.
3. You prefer gas cooking, it's all electric and the heat is totally inadequate during severe cold weather. There is virtually no insulation on the windows, it is equipped with a wall mounted A/C that allows air to rush in through a sizeable gap on one side.
The customer service is decent and I haven't experienced an abundance of maintenance issues, but the response is sometimes less than timely and often not friendly. The place was suitable to the financial challenges that I faced at the time I moved in, but since that time it and I have outgrown one another.

Life at the stuart house apartments.

I have lived at the stuart hosue apartments for five years. The location is fairly quiet, and my neighbors keep to themselves. My apartment building is fairly old, it has cracks on the side of the building, and inside my apartment. I have had to deal with roaches, bed bugs, and mice in my apartment, most people would leave if they had deal with the things i have experienced in this place. I don' t ever let any thing discourage me, or get me down. I got rid of the mice and the bed bugs, by my... self. I still see roaches from time too time. Despite all the problems i have had with this place i consider it to be my home.
