This is by far the best location on OSU's campus. It's within 10 minutes of most academic buildings and close to most restaurants and bars on campus. The building is a little older, but it is very well kept. Oxford realty is great about fixing any problems within a day or so. The two downsides are that the parking lot is basically the McDonald's parking lot so I was too nervous that my car might get broken into. Also, there is no yard so you have to trek to the oval to have any outdoor time. ... Still, it's a great apartment for any college student.
