Aside from the two minute walk to the heart of the Short North, the amenities are second to none. I love the court yard where I can grill out, play bocce ball and socialize with the neighbors. Also, even though this is an apartment complex, it has a home vibe as you can't hear your neighbors.
The level of service is what sealed the deal for my roommate and I to re-sign. The leasing manager (Grace) has been nothing but exceptional. She ensures... all of my maintenance requests, calls, emails are returned promptly and takes the appropriate actions to satisfaction, all with a smile and zero attitude.

Beautiful features and amenities but Too expensive, for little space. This is Columbus not New York
