This is the worst place I’ve ever lived in my life! Roaches , mice/RATS ! Management is always changing.. new management the guy is either always outside smoking while the young lady sits in the office & lolly gags on the phone & they could care less about any problem you have they hardly ever make a record of it. At this point I’m convinced they are trying to make their tenants feel like we are the crazy ones. They jst throw a smile on and act like they’ll take care of it and don’t!

DO NOT MOVE HERE
Dilapidated apartments with a few cosmetic upgrades to trick applicants. Apartments have no AC and an ant/roach infestation that management says they are "working on" (its been a problem since summer of 2021) Neighborhood is unsafe, the leasing office is rarely open when they say they are, communication is non existent, and anything you need fixed you'd be better off watching a YouTube video and doing it yourself. Management changes frequently, getting worse and worse yet somehow managing to... charge higher rent.

Do Not Recommend
They go through management companies to much , they don’t communicate, the Maintenance SUCKS!!! Ive had an issue With maintenance Since I Started living here . The office don’t return calls for those who work office hours .

Horrible
I've been in this apartment for just over 2 weeks. To start, when I went in to sign the lease I was made to feel like an inconvenience. Told I made the office manager wait after hours despite being told exactly the opposite by other staff. Moreover, the welcome letter I had to keep asking for clearly states the office is open till 6. No paperwork was given to me to complete a walk through so I don't get hit for preexisting damages. The office has not responded to any emails. The biggest... thing is that since 5/27, I've had standing water in my tub. The pipes for the tub have a leak which empties out downstairs over my kitchen sink. The roof is bubbling there. There's most likely mold there now. I have received zero calls to explain the delay.
