Hubbard Park Place is like no other apartment complex. It is 3 different buildings all in one, there are apartments in the Hubbard building, the Wall Street building and Park Place. All residents have access to ALL 3 buildings and ALL amenities. The management team is AWESOME, they go above and beyond to make sure the tenants are receiving great service. The issues with construction noise is to be expected, they don't just work 9-5, they are working hard each and every day to get this... building completed. As with any type of construction, there will be delays due to unforeseen circumstances, that should be expected.
Our apartment has a Gym, it is located in the Wall Street building and ALL residents have access, We also have a pool, it is located on the top floor of the Wall Street building, in fact, the gym is on the same floor.
We DO have a clean/smoke free environment, We DO have a sauna, steam room which is also located on the top floor of the Wall Street building, and is right next to the gym, We DO have a parking garage, it is not clean due to the dust from all of the construction but there is no trash, it is well lit and SAFE AND SECURE. You have to see it in person to get the full picture. I will be posting pics of the amenities later for everyone to be able to see just how BEAUTIFUL this place truly is.
We absolutely love Hubbard Park Place. We recently moved in but we have had nothing but positive things from the beginning. The apartments and amenities are absolutely beautiful, fine living at its best. Although construction is still going on, they have done a very good job accommodating and addressing the residents needs. Leslie and her team are AMAZING! They go over and above to make the applicants and tenants feel welcomed. I can’t wait to meet our new neighbors and enjoy all that Hubbard Park Place has to offer and the short north area.
