Terrible management. There was recently a water leak that wasn't addressed until the fifth day when we were evacuated. The management is juvenile and unprofessional. There is a complete lack of control of the building since the management company contracts third parties for many of the services they provide. For example, there are frequently issues in the parking garage but management hides behind the fact that it's run by a third party. This is a horrible place to live because management is so... awful. Avoid living here at all costs!

The best downtown has to offer.
I’ve genuinely never been so happy living somewhere. The building is stunning and beautifully decorated. The staff for Kaufman is great they’re always on top of anything you need. Would recommend living here to anyone that wants the big city experience.

Leveque Tower
The apartment and views are amazing. Best views in the city for July 3&4 fireworks! The Kauffman Team, security, hotel and The Keep staff are all so terrific and accommodating to the residents, definitely recommend Tower living.
