Terrible management. No one ever available at the leasing office. Calls going to voicemail and never hearing back from them. Three people changed jobs in the last few months alone.

I live here for a year now i thought i would like it but no there roaches all in my kitchen just everywhere i ask them to come spray never did … I wouldn’t move here !

the washing machines in my building have not worked for months. Went into the office today (monday)at 3 pm to complain because they're only supposedly there on mondays wednesdays and fridays from 10-5 and no one was there.
I tried to purchase a new laundry card from the machine today but it just ate my money. Apparently I was supposed to get a laundry card when I moved in, but no one told me that. Even when I called and complained about them no one mentioned it.
and again I was told all this... by the maintenance guy that happened to be in the area because no one bothers to show up in the office to help when they say they'll be there

Lots of families, relatively safe. Appealed to me due to cheap rent and not completely gross building. Quiet. Had a mice problem in the winter which I had to take care of myself. Building is under new management who are not nice although they pretend they are very considerate and accommodating. They don’t respect their tenants, what’s very clear. Lots of hidden fees. They enforce a lot of random rules, but when a grown man walks around the building in his underwear and swims in the pool in the... same outfit, it’s just no big deal. Days no smoking but it’s never enforced and the halls smells like smoke all the time.

This was our first apartment moving to Columbus and we had thought we had made a great decision by leasing a one bedroom apartment at Riverview. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Washing and dryer machines rarely work. The trash in the back of the complex is always overfilled. People tend to also never pick up after themselves, which is great. The walls are paper thin and you are likely to hear neighbors entire conversations.

Riverview is well known in the community and I am going to look into these concerns about the washer & dryers not working. We had some challenges with... the trash in the back overflowing due to improper dumping. We value each of our residents and it is very important that you have a great living experience.
