Management is terrible and has no control over the crime in this apartment complex. You will have your packages stolen, bikes stolen and cars broken into and management will do nothing about it. We have had our cars broken into 8 times in the last year and we haven't even gotten a response from management about it (despite in person promising they would cover some of the payments). Don't move here you will regret it.

Overall, it was an incredibly disappointing experience living here. The management on site was not helpful, often providing zero help resolving issues. The lack of communication to residents about construction, updates, as well as overall safety measures, was at a level that is less than acceptable. Had there been a more efficiently run system in place, I would have re-signed my lease, but there was really no choice to be made at the end of the day. I will never recommend anyone to live here.

This is far and away the worst managed apartment I have ever lived in. In 2023 the elevator was inoperable for 5months. The management company provides little to no communication when the elevator is down, the call box doesn't work, or other maintenance issues arise. They are disrespectful to residents, and have little regard for the upkeep of the property or safety of the residents.

The only reason this got two stars is because of location. Otherwise, I would not recommend this place for any adult who wants live a non-campus like existence. There’s loud partying every weekend and whenever it’s nice out. The majority of residents have no respect for their neighbors. New management took over in January and they are terrible.
