Roach infested and reports of bedbugs from neighbor. After 15 months of complaining about roaches and several other issues with the apartment the decided it would just be easier to give me a 30 day notice to leave even though I was perfect with my rent for 15 months. I told them I am a disabled veteran and and I need these things fixed for my health. Three days later they give me a 30 day letter to leave property. Every time I complained about something I would get some sort of “lease violation... “. I got a lease violation about my dog pooping in the yard. I don’t own a dog. lol.
