I lived here for 2 years. No sound insulation between bedroom wall and rooftop patio. Very noisy. Elevator and garage door inoperable too often. Very hard to get a return phone call or return email from the office.

Mold Infested, Management Team Cares Only about Profit
I wish I never moved here. Only 8 months into my lease, my unit as well as at least 10 other units (according to maintenance) are infested with mold. After months of calling and reporting, their solution was to board up our windows as mold continues to grow in our ac closet with 0 response. The garage door has been broken for almost 3 months now with no repair date. The garage has broken multiple other times which blocked anyone from entering or exiting the garage for multiple days at a time.... Paying for LuxerOne in our rent, is never used, all packages are scattered at the bottom of the stairs causing packages to be stolen constantly. Especially as the front door of the building is almost always broken allowing anyone to enter. Any maintenance issue takes multiple phone calls and e-mails, taking weeks to be addressed. The property management company, Coastal Ridge, cares only about making a profit and has zero interest in the health and safety of their tenants. The entire property is a facade of fake "luxury," cheaply built with countless issues.

Good Afternoon Taylor, Thank you for taking the time out of your day to relay your feedback to us. I am sorry to hear of your experience. The condition in your apartment is believed to be a condensation issue and not mold growth and has been... investigated by our Capital Expenditure team to ensure the area is resealed and avoid any damage; it is not believed to be a safety risk. While I cannot guarantee issues will arise during your stay, I can assure you that if they do, we have an amazing team to work directly with you to ensure those issues are resolved promptly. Our goal is to respond to you within 24 hours. We do have a delivery date for the garage door which is 3/20/2023. I am sorry for the delay, we have been awaiting parts to arrive but in the meantime, our overnight Security Team has had extra focus on this area. LuxerOne is not included in your rent, however can be opt'd in through them directly. If I may provide their contact information, please let me know. I am not aware of an issue with our Front Door. Again, Taylor, I am sorry to hear of the experiences you have had during your time with us and I am committed to doing whatever we can to turn your experience around.
