I had an extremely disappointing experience when inquiring about renting a unit. The representative I spoke with, Isaiah, was unprofessional and lacked basic customer service skills. Instead of being helpful and informative, he was dismissive and unresponsive to my questions. It felt like I was inconveniencing him just by calling. If this is how potential tenants are treated, I can only imagine how the actual rental experience would be. I’d strongly advise looking elsewhere for a more... professional and respectful leasing process.
