Terrible Management, poorly maintained
When I moved in, the bathroom ceiling fans didn’t work, and I had to wait weeks for them to replace them. They also just repainted the bathroom without cleaning the walls, and even after 3 years, they still bleed nicotine from being smoked in. They also raise your rent 30% and then give you a negative rental review when you have trouble paying on time. They also don’t keep very good books, and put up eviction notices over $5 from a year ago with no prior notification. Maintenance covered my... washer and dryer in ceiling paint after the above apartment had a leak. They also didn’t repair the paint bubbles left after the same leak. The sliding door to the patio had buildup in between the panes, and the patio is warped and dry rotted. I would not recommend these apartments unless you’re desperate, and even then I wouldn’t stay more than a year.

Bad Management
This used to be a nice place to live but they've changed management and the new management is awful! They don't keep up with things and when they did decide to show up they let themselves in without even asking me first. They don't take care of the outside anymore and parking is a mess. Terrible terrible management and they keep raising the rent but don't make anything better. I've been here 7 years and will be moving when my lease is up.

Horrible management
The apts are not kept up or updated, parking lot is a mess of potholes, and they have no amenities but want to charge you rent like you do

They need landscaping ASAP!
The grounds are absolutely awful outside. Rent keeps raising and the outside looks so run down. Within the past year this apartment complex has gone extremely downhill. It’s almost embarrassing. Shrubs are overgrown to even walk up the steps into your apartment you get touched with shrubs and have to walk sideways, weeds over grown everywhere, the landscaping is absolutely embarrassing. No reason rent should be this high with the grounds looking this bad.. and parking lot looks just as bad..... just very unkept grounds and even the side of the apartment buildings need power washed. So disappointed.

A dirty property
So just an fyi you pay for everything, water, heat and electric. No laundry on site. Also no parking, the parking is horrible, the lot needs to be resurfaced. They increasing the rent but not increasing their responsibilities. The trash is always overflowing. OH and the dog poop of the irresponsible pet owners is exhausting. Also these pictures must be from when the building was built because the walkways and stairwells needs to be scrubbed. But it is quiet. But you going to smell cigarette... smoke every where. Glad to be gone.
