I recently toured this property with my daughter and the apartments are actually really nice and spacious. They are located in walking distance to grocery stores and multiple restaurants which is great for college students. The woman who showed me the apartment was really helpful and nice! I highly recommend this complex!

Flyer Pointe is the perfect community for college students wanting to be on their own at an affordable price!!! I stayed in the Large 1 bedroom. It was the perfect size. It’s always felt comfortable and well maintained. It’s within walking distance to UD and downtown Dayton. It’s also a great way to meet other college students. There is a small hole in the wall restaurant called Tanks. 10/10 recommend eating here. I lived here all 4 years while attending UD. I was said to say goodbye as this... became my home. I highly recommend checking them out.

cheap and easy
the staff is all very nice and friendly. i have never had any issues with them. whenever i have needed help they have been there for me.
