I've lived at Tuttles Brooke 2 years now. I'm out of state visiting family. Just got a call from management asking if they can move my bistro table & umbrella and balcony flowerboxes. Before I left, I knew they needed to powerwash, but I didn't have anyone who could move them for me and I didn't think to ask. Ellen in the office offered to have the workers move the furniture and plants and put them back! Wow! Outstanding Customer Service. I never thought to ask because I thought it was too much... to expect.

Worst maintenance
We have raised a complaint about our kitchen sink and no one turned up since a week and now our water heater is not working. Almost all in the community are having maintenance issues and they don’t react immediately or at least after 72 days. Sick maintenance!!!!

Rude People
I looked into possibly moving there, but found the rental agent so rude I decided against it. If they were going to be rude while I was looking to rent a place, how would I be treated once they already had my money??? No thank you.

Great Place to Live
Make your own opinion of the property! So many of my neighbors have been here for YEARS! & love it! Seems that you can't make everyone happy but the staff does their best to get things done in a prompt & timely manner. The landscaping is beautiful & the office host's many fun events & fundraisers to help the community. Great management team & maintenance is very attentive as well.

Great maintenance staff!
The maintenance staff and office staff are always helpful. Recently our refrigerator was dying and we assessed the problem before any food spoiled. We contacted the office and stated we had an emergency. They sent a person from the maintenance crew to check the refrigerator. Within an hour they replaced the old with a new refrigerator and no food was spoiled. More importantly, my father is a diabetic and on dialysis. He keeps his medication in the refrigerator and it was fine as well... . Thanks again to the maintenance and office staff for taking care of our family.
