Very impressed with this apartment complex. The Property Manager Dijana is extremely professional, knowledgeable and efficient. The apartments are well kept, and the complex is quiet and well maintained. I would recommend this facility to anyone seeking a new place to call home.

Its nice because it is usually quiet. The washer and dryer are small and cost $1.50 a load. I can hear my upstairs neighbor walking around all the time. In winter you can hear the hot water pipes always making noises. In winter you usually don't need the heat on because it is so hot, I can't imagine how it feels on the second floor. Some folks on the second floor run the air conditioning and it is so loud down on the first floor. Electric stoves suck because I am used to gas. Never a problem... finding parking. Read More

I’ve only lived here for about 4 months but I absolutely love it, it’s a nice quiet community and it’s in walking distance to a bunch of stores and my work place. This is the perfect first apartment for me and my dog. All the staff are very friendly.

We have lived here for a little over a year now. I love it here. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The property manager is knowledgeable and answers all my questions in a timely manor. They will come fix anything in my apartment A.S.A.P. no fighting or arguing. I feel very safe staying home alone at night with my 2 year old. And walking my dog after dark. Most tenants keep to themselves making a quiet, calm "neighborhood". The curb appeal is gorgeous. Big well lit, well maintained,... green yards for my son and pup to play in. Along with well placed clean up stations for the dogs. My apartment is clean and well taken care of. Lots of storage space and a big spacious kitchen. I really enjoy living here and can not see us moving out anytime soon. I would 100% recommend living here for people of all ages and family sizes. There is a “manager” here who doesn’t know anything, you have to wait for the property manager for help. I use quotes because I doubt she really has this title. NOISY neighbors, made several attempts to quiet this and got nothing. People take clothes out of the washer/dryer if they’re left in for more than a few minutes past the buzzer. Stink bugs and huge spiders everywhere inside and out of the apartment. New windows and there is still a very big draft. People leave trash outside their doors... for far too long as there’s only a few dumpsters. I couldn’t wait to leave this place. Read More
