Maintenance is awesome, any time we’ve have had any issues big or small they’ve been fixed pretty immediately. Aside from the small leak in a fridge and that only took a week and that was because they ordered a new one.

WORST APARTMENTS
Maintenance suck, appliances are out dated. They won’t bring in brand new appliances or change anything unless you move out. The walls are so thin and the rent isn’t worth it

Excellent Housing
In regards to apartments in Fremont, OH this is top notch. The grounds are clean and well kept. There is a play area for children. The apartments are pet friendly and this is highly unusual. The neighborhood is quiet and centrally located to shopping, gad, banking, etc. The apartments are near the school district and is an excellent option for families. If this is a starter apartment or long term it is a great choice. I feel safe having my family here.

Great Apartments. 10/10 recommend!
Me and my best friend used to live here and these apartments are so great. I loved living here and the manager here was so nice and friendly. She was just the sweetest, and always focused on making our experience living here better! I recommend Ross Park Apartments to anyone looking for a place to live!

Big improvements
Lived here over 10 years and seen a lot of people come and go. New office people too. I have to say that for the first time I believe I can remember this place is clean the grounds are clean the laundry room is clean. I guess you had to hire someone who cared enough to put the work in. The new manager doesn’t just sit in office. I see her picking up trash and sweeping these halls. I am proud to bring my guests over to my home. The same old hell raisers are no longer here and you can tell.... Thanks for what you do office lady
