Would not recommend
To being with, they do not give tours before you sign the lease. They also never answer the office phone so good luck getting ahold of anyone. Safiya also never responds to emails. If you need something fixed, good luck. I’ve been here for the past two years and still have things that have never been fixed since I moved in and when maintenance does come they barely fix things correctly. Pool is never open. Trash always piles around, walls are super thin you can literally hear your neighbors talk... . Water bill is split with three units and you always get random bills with no proof or bills being sent late and you getting charged a late fee for them being late. I would not recommend to my worst enemy. If I were you I would look elsewhere but if you’re looking for a place that just collects your money at the end of every month and does not care to even communicate with you then this is the perfect place for you! Don’t say I didn’t warn you!
