Just what we needed!!

We leased a two-bedroom apartment while we were house hunting and Carter Crossing checked all the boxes! We had a ground level apartment with a garage and discounted cable built into our rent! Our apartment was professionally cleaned and move-in ready. It was very spacious for myself, spouse, two children and our mini golden-doodle. Communication with the leasing agent Melissa made the process easy from move-in to move-out! Whenever we needed anything a quick phone call to Linda was all it took!... The two neighborhoods that border Carter Crossing are beautiful for walking and biking. You are steps away from grocery stores, restaurants and playgrounds. Our neighbors were the best and we built friendships that have continued long after we moved out. I honestly would not have been willing to sell our first home and move into a rental while shopping around for our next home if Carter Crossing wasn’t available! Definitely recommend!!

AVOID AVOID AVOID. You will be disappointed.

If any potential residents want the full story, you can email me. First off, these are cheaply made apartments and you basically live with your neighbors. The walls and doors are paper thin, so thin that the day we moved in, we saw a hole in the door to the master bedroom that had somehow skipped inspection, but it's not surprising because our apartment was never cleaned (they even refunded us our cleaning fee so it's true and I have this all documented with pictures), and there was also never a... filter in the vent to where the heater is. Never was since the day we moved in which is a HUGE fire hazard. They tried to blame that on us the day we moved out and the maintenance man, Dan, took a dirty filter from another complex and put it in ours, so we got charged for not charging them out. I didn't even know we were supposed to have one because our apartment didn't have one when we moved in. They tried to charge us for damages that were not ours before I called and settled and argued for almost an hour and sent pictures of apartment that was RUINED AND DIRTY before we moved in. This place is a joke. Don't expect calla before inspections, or a notice. Just expect random knocks on your for any day at any time. This place was the biggest mistake. AVOID. The manager is a joke. They will try to do their best to make sure you do not get yoyr deposit back. Luckily, we aren't dumb ans took pictures when we moved in, and after.
