The yard is the perfect location in Grandview which feature new modern apartments. However, the amenities and property management are not great. I lived in the apartments for two years and saw a shift with the amenities in that time. Long story short they are building more and more apartments but not more common areas. The pool because of COVID (they claim) were reservations only and a pain to schedule. It was very restricted on when you could use your amenities. They filled up incredibly fast... because there are WAY too many apartments for the space they have. The time I was there post COVID restrictions you could tell it was completely over crowded. The gym had equipment broken the few times I even bothered trying. Long story short if you like the apartment, great find. But don't think for a second any of your rent covers these "great" amenities. Also, they are continuing to do more construction and the main office did not have any information of whether or not they would also build an additional common space.

Nice place - main benefit is the location!
The apartment is nice and has good amenities. I've lived here for 2+ years. With that being being said, here are the pros and cons:
Pros - Close to restaurants, activities, & downtown Columbus - Market District is down the street for grabbing groceries - Pool and fitness clubhouse is clean - Friendly neighbors and dogs! - Office staff is responsive and maintenance staff completes tasks in a timely manner
Cons - The public parking garages have issues with vehicle break-ins each week... (specifically the G2 Public Parking garage) - Cheap construction of buildings and thin walls allow noise to transfer between apartments - Some residents do not use the communal trash dumpsters and instead put their trash bags on top of the bins near the entrances around The Yard - Pool can get extremely too crowded. This year, there was a sign up system in place due to COVID, which mitigated this issue. Hopefully this new sign up system continues in the future.

Great place to live!
I have been here for about 6 months and I've found the staff very friendly and helpful. Maintenance is on point and fixes things quickly My neighbors are nice and mostly professionals. The pool is nice and the fitness center is open 24/7. So far so good!
