I've had maintenance items outstanding since November 2023. I do not have heat or air conditioning. They will not come in to fix things.

I love the new Highland Terrace and new management ??
I'm am excited about the new changes and management that we now have. Jermeria has been extremely helpful in helping me with making online payments and now when my lease is up I'm going to renew and move to a renovated apartment. She is one of the managers we have ever had at Highland.

Love MY NEW HOME
I just moved in about two months ago and i love how clean the property is upkept. The neighbors are friendly and so is the maintenance workers.

Worst place to live
I’ve talked to many neighbors and read reviews that all feel the same way I do. This apartment is a hazard unit with mold ( they’ll just paint over it and call it a day) and cockroaches ( they call them water bugs and won’t do anything about it). I’ve had so many unsolved problems living here. The reviews on here are real when they say it’s a terrible place to live. I can’t get ahold of the office by phone and every time I go to the office, no one is there. Please listen to the reviews on this... apartment. The 5 star ratings has to be staged because everyone I’ve talked to living here all feel the same.
