People are nice. And there is no criminal activity, the whole apartment complex is peaceful, comfortable and pet friendly. Management is also very helpful.

This property is ok. Has had its issues, almost of Maintenance
requests get canceled. They always tell you they want the place clean and nice, and it somewhat is but there are some thing lacking in their judgment of what should be and shouldn't be. Been here for a little over a year, and can't say it is the greatest for the price. Bedrooms are small and will not accommodate standard queen bed and bedroom furniture. Had to use 2nd bedroom for dressers. Property Managers are not responsive at all.... Send email inquiries or questions and they might get answered. On site Property Management is rarely at the office and office is closed 75% of the time. They resealed the parking lot this year, however the sealing company didn't comeback and move all their cones and tape offline, so the residents had to do it theirselves. Back doors of lower level apartments tend to flood a lot and nothing is being done to resolve the issue. Had a lot of turnover in Maintenance Personnel. I haven't had a lot of issues with my unit, but have talked to other tenants that have and have heard nothing but negative views of the Maintenance. I'm am excited about the new changes and management that we now have. Jermeria has been extremely helpful in helping me with making online payments and now when my lease is up I'm going to renew and move to a renovated apartment.
