This tour was chaos. First, the leasing office just hands you keys and sends you off to do a “self guided tour”. Walked down a few streets to view the unit and BOOM. Roaches right as you open the door. Also, a poor woman was calling the office about how her unit has BLACK MOLD and they won’t help her. She was in tears and stressed. AVOID THIS PLACE. they don’t treat potential and CURRENT tenants with respect. Unbelievable.

STAY AWAY
This place is the trashiest apartment complex I have ever lived at! Moving in you can see water damage on our ceiling! Our back door is now dry rotted to the point you can use it... We just leave it dead bolted and go out the other door! Currently I sink backs up every week after using drano constantly! The pump isn't sucking up the condensation in front of the furnace, we have to use clean towels to sop it all up! The best part when you schedule maintenance, they will absolutely come in your... home when you are NOT home!

Maintenance is non existent and the office never answers to anything
After a while maintenance stopped showing up. I noticed that I had to start calling 3 or more times to get anything done. Maintenance became worse and worse.
Then my second year of renewing my lease they lost my lease. I wasn’t thrilled but I went back up there and did it again... then they lost my lease AGAIN. They actually lost my lease again the following year after loosing it the first 2 times. Then, the following year, when I had them email it to me to ensure it wouldn’t be lost they sent... it late.
From 2017 to now everything went down hill. My calls were ignored, voicemails unreturned, no one was helping me. I started showing up to the office often to get anything done. I had a severe issue with my tub constantly backing up and it resulted in my kitchen and basement being flooded. They found socks in the pipes... baby socks!! This was an OLD issue. Nothing was done to help, I had to replace a ton of stuff. Then out of nowhere I started getting violation notices. Stupid things that weren’t my fault. Cigarette butts from the neighbors, trash from the kids at the play ground and my mail being left in the rain on top of the mail box... I’m 5’2” I definitely didn’t leave it up there...It felt like they were watching me to mess up!
When I broke up with my ex and his family came and tried to brake my door down I changed the locks and tried to get maintenance out to fix my door. I gave them the new keys thought nothing of it and waited.
Then I started on overnights and it became worse. I couldn’t call like normal because I was sleeping. I started using the portal and apparently maintenance never checks that because I went a year with out them fixing my door. (There was actually an issue with a hole in my ceiling that took 2 years).
Six months after that incident I had a call for something and came home to find a violation notice. they noticed my locks had been changed but they didn’t have the keys for it... the keys I just replaced? They lost them. They lost my keys and threatened ME with a fine for keys THEY lost.
From here on it was worse and worse. Then when I told them I was moving i started getting passive aggressive notes on my door for the cost of moving out.
To say I’m fed up is an understatement. I’m furious at the way I was treated. I will never recommend anyone to stay there and if you’re currently living there I suggest you move out.

Management failing, no sign of maintenance
Overpriced especially since maintenance doesn’t actually take care of anything ever. Always excuses from management. Parking is a nightmare. Expect to have people parking behind your cars at night because no one follows the 2 car rule.
No communication from the office. They will not respond to phone calls or email you must go up in person. Be sure to get a copy of everything because they loose things often. I had my lease lost 2 times and my KEYS were lost. They apologized and said they must... have “thrown them out”...
Neighborhood is ok at best, but it is very close to a lot. I don’t think that accessibility is enough to out weight all of the the negatives.

It’s a home.
I’ve lived here for two years, going on three, and have had nothing but issues with the management here. There is never parking. The neighbors are constantly getting the cops called on them. And the property has been bought out four times since living here. The only plus is that you can’t really ever hear your neighbors and the price is the best for square footage. Then again, it is over priced for how out dated the homes are.
