For this to be a first impression I am very dissatisfied. I attempted to visit this property because I'm intrested in a one bedroom apartment and no one is here and it is 4:15 p.m. on a Saturday. The sign outside clearly states that this facility is open until 5:00 p.m. and no one is available to open the door in it is locked. Not a place I would want to live if you do not stay open until the posted hours. A resident even told me that this is not a first time thing. VERY DISSATISFIED!

Great Place, just expensive
I've lived here for 2 years and love the area. I have had no trouble at all: fast maintenance (though there is only one guy), friendly neighbors and a safe area (which is important to me as a single gal on her own!) The apartment itself is very nice--the one big drawback is that the windows constantly have condensation on them and if you don't wipe them down weekly it creates a mold issue, which they tell you after the contract is signed (in the welcome packets). I am moving out as it getting a... bit expensive for me-- average of $950 a month including the water, sewer, cat fee, and trash removal. The electricity is not too bad in the summer, but I like it warm. The highest electric bill I've had was $110 when the outside temp was in the single digits for most of the month. Staff are okay-- before Fairfield took over management I liked the staff better, but now they're just okay. Not a nightmare like I've experienced before, but just not friendly.
