If I could give them 0 stars, I would.
Where to even begin? Well let me just say first that I haven’t even gotten to speak to their management even ONCE. My roommates and I have been calling for over a month straight nonstop and have left voicemails to call us back more times than I can count. We applied to see if that would somehow get us a call back with a REAL person, thinking perhaps the numbers we had were old or that they weren’t getting our messages, we paid over 140 for application fees and for “floor plan deposits”. Maybe we... were dumb for paying deposits before signing a lease, but as first time renters and with a whole nationwide pandemic currently changing the way everything works, we didn’t see that as much of a red flag. Still, no one has called us. Online it says we are supposed to begin our lease on the 22nd. This is in three days and we haven’t even scheduled a time to sign the lease. Also, on their websites they advertised beautiful and updated apartments but a current tenant allowed us to view their apartment and they were trashy looking and outdated, nothing like the pictures. I finally went to their building during business hours after calling all morning and knocked on the door several times and stood in the pouring rain for thirty minutes calling and knocking, desperate to either get my money back or at least hear back from someone on the status of my application. While standing in the pouring rain another man pulls up and asks if I know when they will be open and taking phone calls, I say I have no idea and explain to him that I haven’t heard a peep in the four weeks I had been calling. He tells me a very similar situation happened to him and that he had to literally ask for his money back so he could find a new apartment and that they promised his money back and told him a date and time to come in to get it, but when he arrived no one was in the office. He had applied back in January of 2020 and is STILL dealing with their crap at the end of May 2020! Seriously?! I didn’t know it was possible for apartment management to be THIS bad. Save yourself the time and money that I have wasted on this place, just don’t even apply.

Do not let the website or pictures deceive you!
Place is nasty. Not kept up well at all. Laundry facility is overpriced and machines are constantly down, money machine to put cash on your card is frequently without power or just missing.
Had to ask multiple times to get info on when lease expires. Was given the info the for WRONG apartment because she misheard me, Then decided to ask my name told me they cannot release info on my apartment because I am not on the lease? I wasn’t in the lease for the other apartment because it’s not my... apartment so I’m confused about that statement. I have signed paperwork twice and I have been on the lease for 4 years. This is the second time I’ve been told I’m not on the lease. Rep stated she could check another file to see if I’m on the lease but made zero attempt to check.
On more than one occasion I have been given less than 24 notice of entering my apartment. Once had maintenance come into my apartment without any notice, while I was indisposed, as I continually shouted “hold on a second” from my bedroom with the door wide open. Turns out there were supposed to replace a window and have put the notice on the wrong door.
Only reason I have stayed in the past is because of cheap rent, which new management did away with.
