It’s brand new buildings but they built them as cheap as possible. My pantry door fell off completely , my laundry room door won’t close because i have front loading machines, the outlets in my kitchen flip the circuit breaker all the time even when i’m not using them, it’s so incredibly loud all the time because your windows are so thin when people are on the sidewalk it sounds like they’re in your apartment, the parking is horrendous and half the time i have to park up by the office and walk... all the way to the back of the lot to my apartment because they let the people in the townhomes take all the parking even though they have garages. It’s an absolute mess

renters beware!
Absolute joke of a property. I have had electrical issues since I moved in which has only been made worse each time maintenance has come by because they always send the same guys who don’t know what they’re doing. The first time they had to work on my circuit breaker they “forgot” to reattach it to the wall so electricity was arching in my wall, my fridge lost power and all our food before christmas, $400 gone. This issue has never been solved and I still have random outlets that don’t work in... my apartment. AND NOW THEYRE RAISING MY RENT BECAUSE THEY OVERSPENT ON THEIR CONSTRUCTION ! They won’t always pick up your trash “cause they’re full”, they let the townhouses take your parking, do nothing about noise complaints, let people have dogs that are bigger than the lease says take a dump any where, and you get the lovely sound of busses backing up for an hour at 6am because of our location to the depot.

Not as nice as they look.
The place is beautiful, but floors are uneven, ceilings already cracked, nail pops everywhere, water leaks, cupboards poorly installed and cracked and scratched and just a bad, cheap job building these. The refrigerators in the Town Houses are not even full size. These are three bedrooms home with a 18 cubic foot refrigerator. Also, no ceiling fans. Lots of rent, very slow maintenance response and the property is a mess. No grass, just weeds and cars park everywhere making it difficult to pull... out safely. If you’re going to pay this much in rent-go somewhere else and get your monies worth.
