Lived here for 4 years! Yes they updated the units and the grounds but nothing has changed. Management is non existent and the police are there everyday! It’s really a joke

Awesome Apartments
I moved in 3 months ago and love it. Apartments are by far the best in Parma. All the units are updated and the owners and property management company really care about the tenants. The hallways are always clean. I have referred 2 of my friends because I’m so pleased with my apartment.

Many Improvements
I visited this property as a potential resident late last year and everything had been updated. The parking lots were redone, the playground area was well kept. All the commons had been repainted. The units had been updated with granite countertops. It was lovely. I ended up buying a home instead but always mention Forest Ridge to anyone I know who is looking for a new apartment.

Very Poor management
I’ve lived here for one year, in feb midst of that a new company named REM commercial bought the apartments. So we got new management about halfway into my lease, the old company always accepted cash so sometimes I paid cash or other times I paid on the app. The new company changed the rules to no cash… ok cool but never made me aware of that. So anyways I put cash in for October and basically a week later they’re trying to kick me out for non payment and I’m like I miss definitely payed if you... have cameras you can look on them. Moral of the story they lost my rent money, no cameras whatsoever around the drop box, and they told me to make a police report on it. I Did that and they somehow made a whole different story than what I put on my police report and basically told me I’m responsible and I have to pay again. I would never live there again. And then told my new apartment they wouldn’t rent to me again as if I’m the unprofessional ones who lost the money.
