Rented
Loved living here. Place is older, but well maintained. If I ever had a problem, it was taken care of by the maintenance guy. I only moved, because I bought a home.

Horrible!!
I lived here for 1 year and there is nothing good to say. Bathrooms look like they're from the 70s, kitchens are SMALL, and there is a huge spider problem!! The "Manager" Kevin has NO SENSE OF PRIVACY OR RESPECT!! He fought with tenants causing a scene in the courtyard weekly! HE WILL WALK KNTO YOUR APARTMENT WHENEVER HE WANTS! I worked 3rd and was sleeping in my room and woke up to Kevin in my apartment!! Do not rent here!!! I promise you will regret it!! The list of problems goes on!

A nice place
I'm not sure who wrote the other reviews, but I was shown the manager's apartment and it is very nice. There was nothing there that I didn't like. It was very clean, well kept and had nothing in disrepair that I could see. The property outside has a well kept lawn and the bushes trimmed nicely. I am on the list for a 2 bedroom when one becomes available and I can't wait.

Simply no
I believe a landlord will let you take an apartment the way they let you see it. I went to look at a space with an appointment. I was greeted as if I was unexpected. The manager's apartment was shown as an example. No thank you. It was in disrepair to say the least. I'm sure this complex was very nice at one time, maybe in the last century.
