If I could give 0 stars I would I miss the old company the new AYI just charge high way robery rent. AYI want it on the first of every month. Me and my mom tried calling them we just get voicemail AYI saying we will call you back they never had call back ever for any problems you shouldn't rent here if your looking for an apartment I miss the old company.

I can't even visit family that is living here because of the out of control bed bug infestation. They told my family they were responsible to spraying for bugs but it doesn't do any good if the tenants around you are not spraying in their apartments. My family and I are reduced to parking lot visits because even their treated apartment is overrun with bugs. Can't give them a hug for fear of one hitching a ride on us to our own homes. Then the landlord on top of it is jacking their rent up and... not by a small amount. If you're looking for an affordable apartment located near anything you might need this is the perfect place. Everyone is very friendly including management. So many shops and grocery stores within walking distance and in a very convenient location. Great place to call home.
