Slow application process and ridiculous credit/income requirements
My wife and I applied here and it took weeks to get through the application process due to very slow response times. My wife and I make over 200k combined annually and my credit score is 696 and my wifes is closer to 625 which is understandably a little low but this was enough to deny us. Took us so long that we only had a couple weeks to find a new apartment after he slow communication. Went to another option and were approved and signed within 24 hours. With other reviews of poor property... management, I'd avoid working with Noneman Group.
