The parking is bad. There is not enough for every apartment to have two cars, then you add visitors parking where they shouldn't be parking. There is no water meter for each apartment, so if neighbors have visitors your paying for them.

Thank you for taking a moment to share your feedback with us. We do issue parking passes to each resident and have recently sent out reminders about parking policies and where visitors can park. We also have a massive parking audit planned... for next week, so we will be coming out and tagging vehicles that are improperly parked. We try to do this at least once a month or as often as complaints come in.
It is true that we are a RUBS property, not sub metered, so the bill is paid in its entirety and then the charges are distributed depending on floorplan size and household occupancy. Our experience here has not been the best. We’ve had 2 different neighbors that have lived above us in the year we have been here and they are the loudest and most inconsiderate people we have lived around before, we’ve expressed concerns to management and it doesn’t seem to do anything. We’ve also have 4 or 5 water leaks living here for a little over a year which is just an inconvenience for everyone.
