The staff here are so keen on knowing what the plight of the tenants are and doing everything within their means to have them met! The attendance rate to call is so superb...they would be right there within minutes of notifying the office of a situation that needs to be solved. They are polite and customer-service oriented to the extent that they are ready to go off the lengths to bring satisfaction and smile on the face of a needy tenant! The office keep checking on a tenant until the needed... service is completed to the letter! Amazing staff!
