Nice communication

I really appreciated the ease with which I was able to consistently communicate with the landlord. Chelsea was informative and kept feeding me the information I needed to know I was making a good move.

Great marketing, bad complex.

Please do your research regarding the reputation of this complex. I'm not sure who gets to rent the apartment depicted in the picture, but my carpet was at least 7 years old. My cabinets looked nothing like the pictures posted online, but cheaply made
Drive by on the weekends and see the overflowing trash cans. Take the time to speak to your future neighbors. They don't have the reputation in the community that they do for no reason.

Maintenance

Maintenance is hands down the best thing here. They are very polite and professional. That is very much appreciated in these times. Dale is the main guy who shows up to fix any issues within my unit he does it in a timely manner. He’s an awesome employee to have on your team. Very friendly and gets the problem fixed . It’s never anything major but he handles it just like if it was . Eden of reynoldsburg you have a awesome maintenance team
