This complex is small and somewhat secluded, therefore it offers a sense of safety, peace and quiet. Units are very spacious; cathedral ceilings in living room; lots of storage, including an attic; HUGE bathroom; large master w/2 small closets; good size 2nd bedroom with big closet; laundry area in unit; open concept kitchen overlooking dining/living area; semi-private patio accessible from living area. We only have 1 neighbor directly attached to our unit, and she's older so we never hear her!... Although located off a busy main road, convenient to stores, post office, banks & restaurants...good location. Only downfall is units are older-old fixtures & wall paper...AND...there are soooo many insects!!! Every few weeks there's a new infestation of some sort...we've only been here since March 2015 & have already encountered stink bugs, pinchers (sometimes 20-30/day), silver fish, spiders, CENTIPEDES, and much more. Maintenance is usually pretty prompt in responding & fixing issues-and very friendly. Have had little interaction with office staff, but overall they've been pleasant. If windows, doors & floors were better sealed, this could possibly cut down on the bug issue.
