The HIll Apartments is located in Springfield, OH in the 45504 zip code.
I have lived in The Hill apartments for going on 8 years. The setting is marvelous, surrounded by nature 24/7. Very peaceful. Wonderful community, very warm welcoming, people always talking and getting to know each other. Apartments are outdated due to the fact that these were made in 1940. But they care about the foundation and send out people to check up on everything. Has a beautiful pool and great clubhouse to rent out for parties. They even have holidays celebrated as a whole community at... the clubhouse, to Halloween parties, Fourth of July etc. If I was going to want to find a place to live for awhile I would choose The Hill!!!!!

Old and descended
They need to really do update inside of the townhouses and apartments Don't let the outside fool you they raise the rent every year. I see more and more people coming and going out here than I've ever seen moving out. but now I understand because they raise the rent every year you can only hope and pray that they put somebody next door to you that isn't isn't nasty.

Not worth the money
There is nothing excellent about the townhouse or the apartment you got more Maintenance problems then you want Instead of fixing it right they patch it up Then they get an attitude because they gotta come and do it But excuse me aint that their job to fix things that are messed up???? Every year they raising the rent they are not worth 800 and up!!! The mole problem is horrible instead of fixing it right they just want to paint all over it. I'm a nurse and I know the damage that Mode can do... to you if you can find a house and there are our houses out there for rent that are nice now don't move here you're going to have problems no matter how much they fix up the outside of the place the inside is a issue !!! They have painted over the cabinets and other things in the apartment when you wipe the paint begins the bubble up and peel off it I shouldn't even do that. Don't let the outside fool you!!! I kept wondering why I kept seeing so many people come and go move in-and-out now I know why

Don’t!
They don’t help you, it’s so gross, bugs are everywhere, the door used to break every time you use it, it’s disgusting. I used to live there for 4 years until I moved out.

On Top of the World
Everyone has a special place in their heart for that first coveted apartment out of school. It's your first breath of independence, your foundation for discovering the way you establish your sense of home and self in the world. The walls of your first apartment see tears and triumph, failure and success. Even at my young age, I can confidently say I've tasted of this experience. When I moved into the Hill Apartments nearly a year ago to begin my freshman year of college, I instantly knew: this... was MY place. I know, like I said before, everyone looks back on their first college place - no matter the status - with a certain twinge of pride. But that's where The Hill has stood, literally, above the rest. Located at the top of an overlooking hill, mere minutes from the bulk of the city's action, it's never a waste of gas to drive to a grocery store or a restaurant. In fact, it's so close to the mall, movie theater, and several restaurants that I opt for walking on a nice day. The traffic is never loud. Surrounded by towering trees and blue skies, the view from the apartment windows is lovely, especially in our notoriously beautiful Ohio Autumns. As for the establishment itself, I can't complain. The staff at the complex are incredibly friendly and accommodating to your needs as they may arise. My two story/two bedroom unit has proven adequate to host family gatherings and social events, while also maintaining its low key vibe for when you are alone. They assured us fresh paint and carpeting at move in, and they did not disappoint. We have experienced little to no difficulty with our unit. In short, I will go back to saying that the name of this apartment complex is entirely fitting. On the cusp of independence and freedom, "The Hill" truly does make you feel like you're on top of the world.
